Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a project cancellation before the commencement of any design or development work.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If cancellation is made after the project has started, charges will apply based on the work completed until that point.
Projects cancelled after significant work has been completed are not eligible for a full refund.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once the project has been initiated and resources have been allocated.
Our services are tailored to each client, and once time and effort are invested, they cannot be reclaimed.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after the project has started
Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or content submission
Custom design or development already delivered or under development
If a refund is approved (only in rare cases and solely at our discretion), any administrative or processing fees may be deducted.
Important Note
We encourage detailed discussions and clear understanding of the project scope prior to initiation.
