Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request a project cancellation before the commencement of any design or development work.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• If cancellation is made after the project has started, charges will apply based on the work completed until that point.

• Projects cancelled after significant work has been completed are not eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the project has been initiated and resources have been allocated.

• Our services are tailored to each client, and once time and effort are invested, they cannot be reclaimed.

• Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after the project has started

  • Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or content submission

  • Custom design or development already delivered or under development

• If a refund is approved (only in rare cases and solely at our discretion), any administrative or processing fees may be deducted.
