Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Digital Web Print, we provide digital services such as web design, development, and related solutions. As we do not deal in physical goods, please note the following regarding our service delivery process:

Service Delivery

• All services are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or through secure access to staging/production servers.

• There is no physical shipping involved in any of our service offerings.

• Project deliverables are provided according to the timeline agreed upon at the start of the project.

• Turnaround time may vary based on the scope, complexity, and client responsiveness during the development phase.

Project Access & Handover

• Upon completion and final approval, project files, credentials, and assets are delivered securely to the client.

• If hosting is included, the website will be published live on the client’s domain as per the final delivery stage.

• For clients managing their own hosting, files and documentation will be handed over digitally.

Delays & Revisions

• Delays caused by late content submission or approvals from the client side are not the responsibility of Digital Web Print.

• Revisions, if part of the agreement, will be delivered within the timelines mutually discussed.
