Welcome to Digital Web Print. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
   We provide website design, development, E-Commerce, CRM, Custom Solution, AI/ML and related all digital services as per the client’s requirements and agreed scope of work.

2. Payments
   All payments must be made as per the agreed milestone or invoice. GST (as applicable) will be charged in accordance with Indian tax laws.

3. Project Timeline
   Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on client feedback and content delivery. Delays in communication or payments may affect the timeline.

4. Intellectual Property
   Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights of the website design and content (excluding third-party assets) are transferred to the client.

5. Hosting & Maintenance
   Hosting and maintenance are provided only if included in the project scope. Otherwise, clients are responsible for hosting management.

6. Confidentiality
   We respect client confidentiality and will not share any private data or project details without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Digital Web Print is not liable for any damages arising from third-party service disruptions, data loss, or cyber-attacks.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR, India.
